In 2023, Drinkla was born out of love for both hospitality and storytelling and a simple idea that
a bar should be more than just a place to grab a drink — it should be the heartbeat of a celebration.
Her career began In Singapore and Australia,
before she rooted herself in Los Angeles .
Now with over 15 years of Bartending , hosting cocktail pop ups ,managing bars, curating menus for restaurants and bars internationally, Lidya created Drinkla in 2023 to express her passion for craft cocktails and blends of culture flavor.
. To her, cocktails are more than recipes — they’re memories in the making, a way to capture culture, creativity, and connection in a single glass.
